Technical Sales Rep - Dallas

Responsibilities:

A GOZIRRA Technical Sales Representative (TSR) is a quota bearing salesperson whose primary tool for communications with customers is the phone. SR’s manage their assigned territory with the primary objective of meeting their revenue quota. All aspects of the sales cycle are their responsibility including prospecting, qualifying, presenting proposals and closing deals. SR’s have an extensive array of tools at their disposal including excellent collateral material, strong service delivery and implementation capabilities from our field organization, on-line collaboration tools for presentations, excellent proposals, CRM software and, depending on the territory, in-bound internet search engine leads. We expect SR’s to bring with them strong work ethic, high integrity, winning attitude and hunger for success.
Qualifications:

· 3 - 6 years of sales experience with respected inside sales driven organizations
· New territory development / hunting / prospecting experience required
· Telesales /phone based selling experience required
· Metrics driven performance measurement required
· Strong preference for those with experience from (Oracle, Salesforce.com, Webex)
· Ideal candidate will be smart, consultative, aggressive, disciplined, driven and professional.
· Demonstrated ability to drive entire sales process from lead generation to closing business.
· Significant experience in closing business over the phone
· Ability to self-start and work independently with limited supervision
· Team oriented, able to partner with field customer management team
· Consistent success in selling IT and professional services is required
· Business maturity and experience in selling to decision makers
· Small or Medium sized business sales experience a plus (SMB Market)
· Experience in selling professional services or related non-tangible services

Strong preference for candidates with experience with the following sales tools:

o Salesforce.com
o Webex (or other major on-line collaboration tool)
o Hoover’s
· Professional sales training a plus
o Microsoft SPI Solution Selling Training

Senior IT Support Specialist - Dallas

Responsibilities:

* Manage and administer all Windows XP/2K/2K3/SBS/Vista.
* Perform installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the following:

Servers (2K, 2K3, SBS, Exchange 2000/2003/2007)
Networking and Firewalls (Cisco PIX, Sonicwall, Watchguard, ISA)
VPN Clients (Cisco, Microsoft, Sonicwall)
VPN site to site tunneling
Email (Client and server level, Outlook/Exchange)
DNS (Internal/Active Directory and external)
Handheld/mobile devices (Synch and Email, Treo & Blackberry)
End user laptops and desktops
Applications (MS Office, Accounting and Law Applications)
End user accounts, email, permissions, and access
Server and client backup and restore
Server and client Antivirus and Spyware

* Assist developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and associated training plans for a rapidly growing technical group

Position Requirements:
* 5-7 years PC and peripheral, BA, BS or similar degree in Computers / Electronics. MCP/MCSE/CCNA is PLUS!
* Working knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems.
* Working knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/SBS.
* Working knowledge of MS Exchange 2000/2003/2007.
* Working knowledge or Symantec Backup Exec.
* Mac OS/Server Experience a plus
* Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
* Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
* Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
* Highly self motivated and directed.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
